Aamani Reddy
With a strong academic background in Mechanical Engineering from BITS Pilani and an MBA from Singapore Management University, Aamani has spent over a decade in multidisciplinary roles within the global corporate space. However, her lifelong passion for fitness ultimately drove her to pursue a professional career in health and wellness.
Vikas Shenoy is the Founder of Pancha Yoga in Hyderabad and the first Level 4 teacher certified by Indeayoga Mysore under the esteemed guidance of Yogacharya Bharath Shetty. His journey with yoga began in 2005, and by 2011, he transitioned from practitioner to teacher. Since then, he has dedicated over 25,000 hours to teaching, with every session starting on time—a testament to his commitment and passion.

OUR CLASSES
At Pure Fuel, we are committed to promoting wellness through mindful, sustainable practices. Our diverse range of classes, led by expert instructors, fosters a holistic approach to personal growth and well-being. We are dedicated to empowering our community through body-weight exercises, mindfulness techniques, and personalized health and wellness consultations.

What are your membership options?We offer monthly membership options depending on the number of sessions one chooses to attend. We also have drop-in class option and package of paid trial class options.

How long are the classes?Our classes are timed for 60 minutes.

What should I bring to the class?Carrying your personal yoga mat is always suggested for your practice. We however provide mats otherwise. A water bottle, towel and some comfortable clothing are recommended.

Do I need to register for the classes before arriving?Pre-registration is encouraged to secure your spot and to help ease the conduct of the class for the teacher. If you are however walking-in due to unforeseen reasons, our front office will help you with registration before the class begins.

What styles of yoga do you offer?Common styles include Ashtanga, Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin & Restorative. The teacher gets to choose the style she wants to teach and we do label the class description in the schedule ahead of time.

To what level of practitioners do these classes cater to ? Can a beginner join any class?In our class schedule, we make sure to label the level of class intensity. Level 1 is for beginners, Level 2 is for Beginner & Intermediate and Level 3 is Intermediate & Advanced. Make sure to check the Level of the class before registering.

Is there a refund policy?We have a firm no-refund policy. However, management may consider exceptions depending on the circumstances of the refund request.

Can I practice yoga if I have an injury?Yes, but it’s crucial to inform the teacher of any injuries before class so that modifications can be offered.

What should I do if I arrive late?Arriving on time is encouraged to avoid disrupting the class and getting the best experience as a practitioner. If you are late, please make sure to enter quietly and set-up quickly.

What other amenities do you have?We have shower rooms, filter water provision and some basic healthy food items that can help you energize post your practice.
