Sreya is a dedicated yoga practitioner with a practice of over a decade and more than 5 yrs of experience in teaching. She’s a firm believer that yoga is for everybody irrespective of their age, gender, shape and size.
Her journey towards yoga commenced with a goal to lose weight, however, it has taught her leaps and bounds about life in terms of self acceptance and self-love. As she has progressed in this joyful journey, it has made her view the world around her in a more beautiful and positive way.

Dilissha Varma

Dilissha is a passionate Ashtanga yoga teacher and practitioner with a year of experience in teaching that's already making waves. She’s a whiz at engaging kids, soothing souls with restorative yoga, and igniting energy in heated Vinyasa flows. Specializing in chakra meditation and breathwork, Dilisha’s approach is refreshingly holistic. She believes yoga is more than just striking a pose—it's about perfecting alignments and embracing spiritual teachings. Her mission? To inspire her students to dive deep, commit to their practice, and unlock the transformative magic of yoga.

Omkar
Hatha Yoga Teacher
Omkar, a former tech professional turned passionate yoga teacher, has dedicated the last four years to guiding over 2,000 students on their yoga journey. With a deep-rooted love for fitness, he specializes in beginner-friendly, intermediate, and advanced Hatha yoga, ensuring that every student feels supported at every stage of their practice. Holding a master’s degree in yoga and an E-RYT 200 certification, Omkar brings both academic knowledge and practical experience to his classes. For him, yoga is more than just a practice; it’s a way of life that brings immense joy, especially when he witnesses his students’ progress and achievements. His mission is to help each individual discover their potential and thrive both on and off the mat. He strongly believes in creating routines that are sustainable and comprehensive, focusing on enhancing not only physical fitness but also mental and emotional well-being.

Varsha Sharma
Yoga & Pilates Teacher
Varsha Sharma, a former corporate employee turned yoga teacher, is based in Hyderabad. She began her yoga journey to address thyroid issues and irregular periods, initially practicing through YouTube videos. As she saw positive changes in her health, she pursued yoga teacher training and started teaching, which brought her immense joy. With three years of experience, Varsha now teaches yoga and Pilates full-time, guiding over 150 students both online and offline. She is dedicated to helping others live healthier, more peaceful lives through mindful movement and strength-building practices.

What began as a simple attempt to ease bodily stiffness has, since 2019, evolved into yoga becoming a central part of my life. My journey from practicing at home to becoming an RYT-500 Yoga teacher has been nothing short of a profound life transformation. Having explored various styles of yoga, I found my true calling in the Mysore style of Ashtanga Vinyasa, which now forms the foundation and inspiration for my teachings. I genuinely believe that a consistent yoga practice has the power to transform a person from the inside out, unlocking their full potential.
